A group of dedicated women wanted to study a deaconess program in Tijuana. Then, three lay pastors joined our group. It is basically a self study program. We gather together weekly to discuss our reading. A retired pastor from Chula Vista, Rev. Carl Lutz, who was a missionary in the Phillipines, is our pastoral counselor. [...]
