Gaby Mendoza was asked to give a presentation of a program designed for the children at the state temporary shelter. Gaby and volunteers of Proyecto JOEL served nearly 200 children in a week long program. At the end of the week, a drama based on Creation was presented. It was an honor to be chosen to discuss this program in an exchange between the Pedagogic University of Tijuana and USD. Here is the presentation……in spanish. Update: Gaby’s project has been selected in a national University competition which will take place out of state beginning next Monday. Congratulations Gaby!
