Prayer items this week….

We are negotiating some new office space in a popular shopping center mall….taking over what used to be a shoe store.  Please pray that this goes well.  Because of the change of government this has been stalled until the 10th of December.  Pray also for this new government that has come to power in the city of Tijuana and the state of Baja California Norte….and especially opportunities for the Gospel.

I have been working on preparing for our Latin American DIrectors meeting in Panama which begins this weekend. I travel on Friday and return next Thursday. I have prepared a workshop on guess what?  Blogging and it’s use in enhancing the ministry connection with supporters and donors.  I came across some screen capture software that records the computer screen and records my voice while I am demonstrating the steps you take.  I recorded three mini training sessions. One on blogging. One of the use of photobucket, rock you slide shows and splashcastmedia so that photos and videos can be used on the blog.  I had to copy the presentations onto a DVD because they were large video files.

Please pray for our work together in Panama as we discover ways to reach out to the millions in Latin American that do not know Jesus in a personal way.  Pray that we can learn to be always light on our feet to meet the needs of an ever chanigng population and culture.  We are going to be discussing a book entitled, “Who Moved My Cheese?” by Spencer Johnson, in spanish of course.  It is a good way to be aware of how you adapt to change.  It is good for organizations and for people.  If you have never read it, I recommend it highly. You can buy it here.
