Pastor Abdiel covers alot of neighborhoods in the outlying area of Tijuana where he serves. All Saints Lutheran Church partnered with us recently in helping give a teacher training in Tijuana and they were delighted to partner with Pastor Abdiel in providing a P.A. system that connects to his van! He can go throughout the neighborhoods calling the people to a study of God’s Word. He can also call the children to an event for them at the church. He figures he can reach many more people this way!
